Özet

Pisano and Shih have written about the „industrial commons” for the first time in 2012. It means a critical mass of buyers, suppliers, competitors, infrastructure, educated workforce and universities and other educational institutions in a geographical area. Industrial commons arise from a self-strengthening cycle, whereby companies want to be as close to their buyers as possible, which pulls along their supplier network. In this system the well-educated and trained workforce have a highlighted position as it means a structural base element of the industrial commons. Lacking such capabilities can even demolish a well-designed industrial structure.

The automobile and vehicle manufacturing industry have a huge demand of active workforce in Hungary. After the unemployment rate in the country decreased from 2010, the government have to find new sources of possible labor force. The main focus is on the young people, where education and language skills would help to increase the activity rate and also decrease the unemployment rate as well. New skill programs and dual education systems will be introduced in Hungarian in order to fulfill the car industrial commons market needs. These programs would help the Hungarian government to lower the rate of unemployed and inactive population and become a better investment theatre.
