The aim of this study is to analyze the relationships among perceived corruption, job satisfaction and organizational commitment for employees in public institutions. It has been needed to this study for the reasons such as the number of researches related to the perception of corruption being limited and usually the use of secondary data in these researches. The sample of the study is comprised of the employees (n=410) in Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions of a large scale public institution in Turkey. According to the findings of the study, there is a positive relation between perception of corruption level and job satisfaction level, between perception of corruption level and organizational commitment level and between job satisfaction level and organizational commitment level. The findings show that the job satisfaction level of employees differs according to marital status, educational background, the regions where their workplaces are located, age and working period in public institutions and in their current institution. In a similar way, the findings indicate that the employees’ organizational commitment level differs according to marital status, educational background, the regions where their workplaces are located, age, working period in public institutions and in their current institution. It has also been found that the employees’ perception of corruption level differs according to age. Finally, it is indicated that there are some constraints of the study and some suggestions have been presented for the researchers in the future.
